Clearly AI Uganda-Northern Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zashawn Mugula (10(7) - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Brett Toroitich(11 - 9(1) - 4) from Kampala, Uganda.  Mugula weighed in at 240 pounds, while Toroitich weighed in at 242 pounds And 14 ounces.
