Franco Salmeron vs Porfio Alviso

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Casino Hipodromo Agua Caliente, Tijuana,  taking place on 17/04/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franco Salmeron (5(2) - 2 - 1) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Porfio Alviso(5 - 5) from Puebla, Mexico.  Both Salmeron and Alviso weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Belles, and the three ringside judges are Fausto Cayetano, Vicente Navarra and Franco Maria.  

Round 1: 

Salmeron is looking to close the distance and drives a stinging left hook into his opponents liver.  
Salmeron quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Salmeron lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Salmeron clinches his opponent.  Salmeron is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.
