Montego Franca vs Noe Mendonca

Boxing Daily Report from the PitBull Promotions promoted show at Duque de Cazias Madruga, Duque de Cazias,  taking place on 13/04/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Rio de Janeiro Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montego Franca (21 - 6 - 2) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Noe Mendonca(7 - 9(1) - 2) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  Franca weighed in at 122 pounds, while Mendonca weighed in at 121 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Bernardo, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Alto, Alejandro Freitas and Venacio Imperial.
