John Kinard vs Robert Newall

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Maryland promoted show at Paul Fiddes Gym, Baltimore,  taking place on 08/03/2021:

Clearly AI USA-Maryland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Kinard (5 - 0) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Robert Newall(4 - 1) from Columbia, USA.  Kinard weighed in at 246 pounds And 13 ounces, while Newall weighed in at 229 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ewan Pickens, and the three ringside judges are Ian Mickle, Chris Sandison and Stephen Entrekin.  

Round 1: 

Newall steps inside.  Kinard hits home with a left hook.  
Newall sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Newall attempts to land a cross, but Kinard dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kinard steps away from his opponent.  Newall lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Newall manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Kinard lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kinard tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kinard lands with a spiteful jab.  
Newall is on target with a jab.  
Kinard attempts to land a left hook, but Newall slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kinard is on target with a jab.  
Newall drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Kinard lands with a ramrod jab.  
Kinard is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a stiff jab.

Newall steps inside.  Kinard connects with a left uppercut.  Kinard throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kinard is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Newall lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kinard drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Newall sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kinard lands a ramrod jab.  
Kinard is looking to keep his distance.  Kinard feints a jab, but Newall ignores the feint and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Newall lands with a stiff jab.  
Newall closes the distance.  Kinard pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Newall advances into close range.  Kinard connects with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref steps in and separates the two fighters to check for damage.  Its not looking good!  The ref has ruled that the fight cannot continue due to the accidental damage.  As less than 4 rounds have been completed its going to be a no-contest!
