Waqar Nadwi vs Waqas Betro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Ash Shariqah promoted show at Sharjah Yasin, Sharjah,  taking place on 17/04/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the UAE-Ash Shariqah Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Nadwi (13 - 10 - 8) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Waqas Betro(10 - 11 - 3) from Sharjah, UAE.  Both Nadwi and Betro weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Ullah, and the three ringside judges are Danyaal Naguib, Malik Bakir and Abdul Nassef.  

Round 1: 

Nadwi is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Betro sidesteps and counters with a cross.
