Amer Moghaddam vs Ahmed Meer

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Nagpur Allam, Nagpur,  taking place on 18/04/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Moghaddam (9 - 7 - 3) who hails from Mumbai, India and Ahmed Meer(13(8) - 1) from Mumbai, India.  Moghaddam weighed in at 227 pounds and 4 ounces, while Meer weighed in at 231 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Haque, and the three ringside judges are Gopal Shokeen, Aseem Parray and Darshan Devshah.  

Round 1:

Meer lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Meer holds on to his opponent.  Meer leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.
