Hideki Sugita vs Kaede Furukawa

Boxing Daily Report from the Shungwa Promotions promoted show at Ichikawa Matsunaga, Ichikawa,  taking place on 23/03/2031:

Clearly Shungwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hideki Sugita (7 - 8 - 2) who hails from Matsudo, Japan and Kaede Furukawa(6 - 4 - 4) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Sugita and Furukawa weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Sakaguchi, and the three ringside judges are Hajime Hino, Takeo Kuwahara and Kaede Ishimoto.  

Round 1: 

Furukawa is on target with a left hook.  
Furukawa closes the distance.  Furukawa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Furukawa tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
