Montenegro Villamar vs Santiago Corte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Arequipa promoted show at Arequipa Orosco, Arequipa,  taking place on 19/04/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Peru Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montenegro Villamar (17(4) - 5 - 1) who hails from Lima, Peru and Santiago Corte(14 - 2) from Arequipa, Peru.  Both Villamar and Corte weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Almeida, and the three ringside judges are Jose Caldera, Malvolio Tinoco and Montenegro Bedolla.
