Fraco Ovando vs Cipriano Palaganas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at Ivan Ponce Gym, San Pablo,  taking place on 28/04/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Laguna Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fraco Ovando (18 - 8) who hails from San Pablo, Philippines and Cipriano Palaganas(20 - 12 - 3) from San Pedro, Philippines.  Ovando weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Palaganas weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Olindo Isip, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Sicat, Carlos Murillo and Cortez Rosete.
