Faisal Hikmat vs Waqas Rayes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-East promoted show at Riyadh Rahman, Riyadh,  taking place on 30/04/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Hikmat (15 - 14(2) - 9) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Waqas Rayes(14 - 10 - 6) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Both Hikmat and Rayes weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Husain, and the three ringside judges are Majid Yousuf, Amer Galla and Waleed Marwan.
