Robert Mings vs Tobias McPhee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at New York City Garrick, New York City,  taking place on 02/04/2031:

Clearly AI USA-New York State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Mings (11 - 9(1) - 4) who hails from New York City, USA and Tobias McPhee(12 - 19 - 6) from New York City, USA.  Both Mings and McPhee weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Esson, and the three ringside judges are Sam Calderwood, Sagaz Blas and Joshua Ferguson.
