Oihane Cuba vs Rico Rico

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Allianz Parque, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 24/05/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SporTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oihane Libertador Cuba (8(5) - 0 - 2) who hails from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Rico Rico(9 - 0 - 1) from Porto Alegre, Brazil.  Both Cuba and Rico weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fanuco Chico, and the three ringside judges are Ulises Souva, Carlos Curro and Salvador Pera.  

Round 1: 

Cuba is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a stiff jab.

He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head, AND KNOCKS RICO DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  It looks like Rico has now recovered from that shot earlier.
