Turkhan Rayes vs Mirza Iskenderov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uzbekistan-Samarqand promoted show at Samarqand Mahdi, Samarqand,  taking place on 03/04/2031:

Clearly AI Uzbekistan-Samarqand have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Turkhan Rayes (23(1) - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Mirza Iskenderov(19 - 8(1) - 2) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Rayes weighed in at 168 pounds, while Iskenderov weighed in at 169 pounds and 4 ounces.    As Iskenderov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Fazail Azimzade, and the three ringside judges are Farid Aydin, Goga Gadzhibabekov and Elman Jappa.
