Malcolm Cook vs Floyd Ponton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arkansas promoted show at Little Rock Solomon, Little Rock,  taking place on 01/05/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Arkansas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm Cook (10 - 7(1) - 6) who hails from Fort Smith, USA and Floyd Ponton(17(2) - 3(1)) from Little Rock, USA.  Cook weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Ponton weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bryan Greeson, and the three ringside judges are Michael Bell, William Ballentine and Sam Mairs.
