Farhan Mousa vs Mark Munge

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Ellahi, Lira,  taking place on 04/05/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Farhan Mousa (21 - 10 - 2) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Mark Munge(30(25) - 8(4)) from Machakos, Kenya.  Both Mousa and Munge weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibeamaka Katumba, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Ssekimwanyi, Yasin Dia and Sid Commins.  

Round 1: 

Munge advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.

As Munge tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Mousa has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused a minor cut in the corner of the right eye.  .  
Munge drives a telling right hook into Mousa's body.  MOUSA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Munge knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Munge lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DROPS MOUSA TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  Mousa now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
