Igor Avotnieks vs Daniil Melderis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Daks, Riga,  taking place on 03/05/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Igor Avotnieks (13 - 5 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Daniil Melderis(5 - 9(2) - 1) from Riga, Latvia.  Avotnieks weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces, while Melderis weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Anton Zutis, and the three ringside judges are Luka Ozolitis, Melor Ulmanis and Kolzak Liepkalnietis.
