Chase Delpy vs Ethan Nairn

Boxing Daily Report from the Manhattan Maulers promoted show at New York City De Grado, New York City,  taking place on 10/05/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chase Delpy (16(12) - 0) who hails from Petionville, Haiti and Ethan Nairn(1 - 3(1) - 1) from Albuquerque, USA.  Delpy weighed in at 122 pounds, while Nairn weighed in at 121 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Peavey, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Cammon, Rich Lawter and Sagaz Blas.  

Round 1: 

Nairn is looking to close the distance.  Delpy throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Delpy ties up his opponent.  Nairn leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Delpy stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Delpy lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND NAIRN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Nairn is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Delpy!
