Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Western Cape promoted show at Cape Town De Jongh, Cape Town,  taking place on 08/05/2031:

Clearly AI South Africa-Western Cape have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tabansi Akafia (6 - 16 - 6) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Rene Marais(9 - 19(1) - 6) from Mitchells Plain, South Africa.  Both Akafia and Marais weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kasi Hlatshwayo, and the three ringside judges are Madisha Mini, Oringo Arthur and Jake Tshipapayi.
