Zafa Mehri vs Amer Achiou

Boxing Daily Report from the Sh4rk promoted show at Algiers Tedjar, Algiers,  taking place on 11/05/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Algeria-Alger Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Mehri (12 - 5) who hails from Algiers, Algeria and Amer Achiou(22(2) - 13(3)) from Algiers, Algeria.  Mehri weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while Achiou weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Umair Farooq, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Messali, Amer Belmellat and Haaris Merah.  

Round 1: 

Mehri is looking to keep his distance.  Mehri feints a right hook, and then tries to land a cross, but Achiou slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Mehri's body.
