Bilal Halimi vs Abdul Kermali

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Annaba promoted show at Annaba Tiouli, Annaba,  taking place on 14/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Algeria-Annaba Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bilal Halimi (12(1) - 6) who hails from Annaba, Algeria and Abdul Kermali(18 - 2(1)) from Annaba, Algeria.  Halimi weighed in at 226 pounds and 7 ounces, while Kermali weighed in at 246 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Asif Ferhaoui, and the three ringside judges are Asif Ferhaoui, Amer Essaid and Gazi Menouar.
