Confucius Tang vs Chen Lowe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Liaoning promoted show at Shenyang Chiang, Shenyang,  taking place on 16/04/2031:

Clearly AI China-Liaoning have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Liaoning Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Confucius Tang (5 - 9 - 4) who hails from Shenyang, China and Chen Lowe(10 - 6 - 3) from Shenyang, China.  Tang weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Lowe weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kong Jew, and the three ringside judges are HuiK'o Chew, Jing Sze and Kong Jew.
