Mikhail Nigmatullin vs Rafiq Ghackupoff

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-South Kazakhstan promoted show at Shymkent Ghantemitoff, Shymkent,  taking place on 14/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kazakhstan-South Kazakhstan Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTK, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikhail Nigmatullin (14(3) - 1(1)) who hails from Shymkent, Kazakhstan and Rafiq Ghackupoff(7 - 8(1) - 4) from Shymkent, Kazakhstan.  Nigmatullin weighed in at 199 pounds and 11 ounces, while Ghackupoff weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lazar Sakieff, and the three ringside judges are Lazar Sakieff, Jamil Bajckodamoff and Goga Kajrimov.
