Pertti Halvari vs Arvo Seppanen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Katajanokka Sports Hall, Helsinki,  taking place on 25/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pertti Halvari (11(3) - 0) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Arvo Seppanen(8 - 13 - 5) from Espoo, Finland.  Halvari weighed in at 139 pounds And 11 ounces, while Seppanen weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Valtteri Laitila, and the three ringside judges are Kaarlo Nurmela, Asko Lammi and Aake Hanski.
