Ross McClane vs Jack Farrell

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Basket Ball Arena, Dublin,  taking place on 01/06/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ross McClane (1 - 0) who hails from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland and Jack Farrell(12 - 13(3) - 5) from Cork, Ireland.  McClane weighed in at 249 pounds And 2 ounces, while Farrell weighed in at 248 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Anthony McNeeley, and the three ringside judges are Rory Carver, Leon Mohan and John Hyland.  

Round 1: 

McClane advances into close range.  Farrell sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McClane lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farrell dabs at his face checking for damage.  Farrell has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
McClane lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
McClane lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
McClane walks his opponent into a corner.  McClane is on target with a left uppercut.  As McClane tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Farrell dabs at his face checking for damage.

McClane lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
McClane steps inside and manages to force Farrell onto the ropes.  McClane digs in a right hook to Farrell's body.
