Vicente Maes vs Montego Chavera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Hernandez, Leon,  taking place on 26/04/2031:

Clearly AI Nicaragua-Leon have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Leon Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Maes (5 - 9 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Montego Chavera(1 - 4 - 2) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Both Maes and Chavera weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Galano, and the three ringside judges are Nasario Nolasco, Rio Zaragoza and Rio Zaragoza.  

Round 1: 

Maes connects with a right uppercut.

Chavera throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Maes clinches his opponent.  Chavera tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Maes behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Chavera to stop fouling.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Maes has taken some damage there.  That has caused bad damage to the nose.
