Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Perry Barr Stadium, Birmingham,  taking place on 22/05/2031:

Clearly Kurusu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Patrick Hickey (3 - 0) who hails from Bangor, UK and Valentin Joel(3 - 1) from Toulouse, France.  Both Hickey and Joel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Taylor, and the three ringside judges are Ian Lowery, Nick Monahan and Ricky McConachie.

Hickey gets on the inside.  Hickey retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Joel steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.

Joel pivots to the side of his opponent.  Joel throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hickey advances into close range.  Joel throws a left hook, but Hickey ties up his opponent.  Hickey pushes his forearm into Joel's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Hickey.  
Hickey closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Joel lands a right hook.  
Hickey advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Hickey is on target with a cross.  
Hickey steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Hickey tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a solid jab.  
Hickey closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to Joel's ribs.  
Joel steps away from his opponent.  Joel feints a jab, but Hickey does not fall for it and is on target with a right uppercut.
