Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-South Holland promoted show at The Hague Wittebroodt, The Hague,  taking place on 27/05/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-South Holland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alek Basciet (11 - 5 - 3) who hails from The Hague, Netherlands and Merijntje Reynhout(9 - 6(1) - 1) from Rotterdam, Netherlands.  Both Basciet and Reynhout weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eddie Mane, and the three ringside judges are Feel Adriaenssens, Ruud Mercator and Maeterle Geert.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Basciet dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Basciet.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
