Guido Arcila vs Jose Mancillas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Santiago promoted show at Gimnasio Club Mexico, Santiago,  taking place on 27/05/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Chile Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Guido Arcila (7 - 5(1) - 4) who hails from Maipu, Chile and Jose Mancillas(7(4) - 0) from Las Condes, Chile.  Both Arcila and Mancillas weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Nunez, and the three ringside judges are Kiki Vigorito, Hilario Britto and Santiago Burgos.  

Round 1: 

Mancillas is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Arcila tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand right.  
Mancillas closes the distance and manouvers Arcila into the corner.  Mancillas lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Mancillas ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Mancillas pushes his forearm into Arcila's face.  The ref breaks Mancillas's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mancillas pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mancillas lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Mancillas ties up his opponent.  Mancillas is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mancillas to stop fouling.  
Mancillas pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mancillas lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Mancillas clinches his opponent.  Mancillas throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Mancillas and breaks the clinch.  
Mancillas lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mancillas is on target with a sharp left hook to Arcila's body.  
Mancillas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Mancillas lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Mancillas advances into close range and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mancillas is looking to close the distance and is on target with a solid left hook to Arcila's body.  Mancillas clinches his opponent.  Mancillas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mancillas pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mancillas lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Mancillas ties up his opponent.  Mancillas is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mancillas gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Arcila almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Mancillas lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Mancillas clinches his opponent.  Mancillas leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Arcila pushes his forearm into Mancillas's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Arcila to stop fouling.  
Mancillas lands a firm left hook.  
Mancillas advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mancillas advances into close range.  Mancillas pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Mancillas lands a SAVAGE right uppercut.  ARCILA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Mancillas ties up his opponent.  Mancillas hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mancillas to stop fouling.  Arcila quickly recovers.

Mancillas drives a firm right hook into Arcila's ribs.  Mancillas holds on to his opponent.  Mancillas hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Mancillas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
