Lisandro Oasay vs Desiderio Ramundo

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Nicholas Jacutin Gym, Mandaue,  taking place on 29/05/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lisandro Oasay (8 - 8 - 5) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Desiderio Ramundo(12 - 8 - 5) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Oasay and Ramundo weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Baliad, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Monterrosa, Arran Bugnosen and Rob Camcam.  

Round 1: 

Ramundo hits home with a left hook.  
Oasay manouvers Ramundo into the corner.  Oasay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to his opponents body.  
Oasay pivots to the left of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Oasay steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Ramundo slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Oasay throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Oasay steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Oasay quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Oasay's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Ramundo's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Oasay is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  Oasay attempts to land a cross, but Ramundo sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Oasay gets on the inside.  As Ramundo tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Oasay dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Oasay is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a solid jab.  
Oasay tries to land a cross, but Ramundo sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ramundo connects with a cross.  
Oasay tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  
Oasay connects with an overhand left.  
Oasay steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
