Richard Lacdan vs Juan Escovedo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ghale Promotions promoted show at Cagayan de Oro Ledezma, Cagayan de Oro,  taking place on 29/05/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Misamis Oriental Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richard Lacdan (7 - 12 - 1) who hails from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and Juan Escovedo(13 - 15 - 5) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Both Lacdan and Escovedo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tajo Lagasca, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Sibug, Alano Pagilagan and Jose Maybituin.  

Round 1: 

Escovedo manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Escovedo lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
