Naoki Tanigawa vs Michi Kurata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Hotel Nikko Princess, Kyoto,  taking place on 01/06/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kyoto Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Tanigawa (20(2) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Michi Kurata(12 - 8 - 3) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Tanigawa and Kurata weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeshi Shimizu, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Nagai, Jiro Tominaga and Taro Matsuoka.  

Round 1:
