Phil Balmer vs Mark MacCarrick

Boxing Daily Report from the Dadekian Promotions promoted show at Tulsa Heffernan, Tulsa,  taking place on 03/06/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Balmer (14 - 7 - 2) who hails from Tucson, USA and Mark MacCarrick(8 - 12 - 4) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Both Balmer and MacCarrick weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Inigo Levingston, and the three ringside judges are Dave Watterson, George Lithgow and Roger Newburn.  

Round 1: 

MacCarrick closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  MacCarrick is on target with a left uppercut.  
MacCarrick is on target with a right uppercut.  
Balmer attempts to land a right hook, but MacCarrick dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
MacCarrick steps inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Balmer on the ropes.  MacCarrick connects with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Balmer's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  MacCarrick's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

MacCarrick advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
MacCarrick sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Balmer is on target with a left hook.  
MacCarrick walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Balmer tries to land a jab, but MacCarrick sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Balmer hits home with a left hook.  
Balmer steps to the outside.  MacCarrick lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Balmer feints a jab, but MacCarrick is not fooled and is on target with a right hook.  
MacCarrick digs in a left uppercut to Balmer's liver.  
Balmer switches the action to the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Balmer dabs at his face checking for damage.  
MacCarrick lands a right uppercut.
