Iago Navas vs Gig Nabor

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngwenya Promotions promoted show at Torreon Zenon, Torreon,  taking place on 05/06/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iago Navas (10 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Gig Nabor(11(2) - 0) from Torreon, Mexico.  Both Navas and Nabor weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Macia, and the three ringside judges are Diego Ibanez, Selestino Briones and Montel Cassillas.  

Round 1: 

Navas attempts to land a left hook, but Nabor sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nabor lands a left hook.  
Nabor lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Nabor lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Nabor clinches his opponent.  Nabor pushes his forearm into Navas's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Nabor about fouling.
