Giles Lenoir vs Landry Nguimgo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Centre promoted show at Delano Nnengue Gym, Yaoundé,  taking place on 15/06/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Centre Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giles Lenoir (16 - 12(2) - 3) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Landry Nguimgo(7 - 6 - 3) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Both Lenoir and Nguimgo weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ross Beaudin, and the three ringside judges are Vermont Mandjeck, Rance Batinga and Dax Bill.  

Round 1: 

Nguimgo steps inside.  Lenoir pivots to the right of his opponent.  Nguimgo attempts to land a left hook, but Lenoir blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Nguimgo's body.  
Nguimgo walks Lenoir into the corner.  Nguimgo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.
