Elias Avelino vs Cipriano Ventura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Parana promoted show at Rodrigo Evora Gym, Curitiba,  taking place on 14/06/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Parana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elias Avelino (9 - 4 - 9) who hails from Curitiba, Brazil and Cipriano Ventura(10 - 0) from Curitiba, Brazil.  Both Avelino and Ventura weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sagaz Dias, and the three ringside judges are Jose Gaia, Cisco Cambra and Carlos Mau.  

Round 1: 

Ventura is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Ventura holds on to his opponent.  Ventura is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Ventura throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
