Carlos Canez vs Montenegro Villanova

Boxing Daily Report from the Wonani Promotions promoted show at Angel Frias Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 17/06/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Canez (4 - 6 - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Montenegro Villanova(7 - 9(1) - 2) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Canez and Villanova weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Cantero, and the three ringside judges are Pedro Solis, Vicente Tamez and Alano Camejo.  

Round 1: 

Villanova closes the distance.  Canez hits home with a right hook.
