Sean Philp vs Sam Curtin

Boxing Daily Report from the JC Promotions promoted show at Hugh Lenn Gym, London,  taking place on 20/06/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Sean Philp (1 - 0) who hails from Colchester, UK and Sam Curtin(2 - 3 - 1) from London, UK.  Both Philp and Curtin weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eddie Cour, and the three ringside judges are Declan Skeen, Ewan Musto and Steven Samuel.  

Round 1: 

Curtin throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Curtin dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Curtin.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
