Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Pune Parikh, Pune,  taking place on 22/05/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lakshman Kedia (3 - 7 - 2) who hails from Mumbai, India and Pritish Hari(16 - 9 - 6) from Nagpur, India.  Both Kedia and Hari weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Siddharth Mangal, and the three ringside judges are Kishore Dadwal, Jasvinder Kapoor and Aseem Parray.  

Round 1: 

Hari gets on the inside.  Kedia lands a left uppercut.  
Hari drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Kedia drives a right uppercut into Hari's body.

Kedia uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Hari behind the head. As they grapple, Kedia pushes his forearm into Hari's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kedia is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Hari's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Hari throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Kedia holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Hari pushes his forearm into Kedia's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hari about fouling.
