Isamu Tsutsui vs Isamu Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Kei Kubo Gym, Asahikawa,  taking place on 23/05/2031:

Clearly AI Japan-Hokkaido have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hokkaido Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isamu Tsutsui (6 - 9 - 1) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Isamu Okabe(9 - 10 - 8) from Sapporo, Japan.  Tsutsui weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Okabe weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasushi Uyeno, and the three ringside judges are Michi Kaneko, Eiji Suzuki and Fumio Ogura.
