Akira Obara vs Kazuki Tanabe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Kyoto Takemoto, Kyoto,  taking place on 23/05/2031:

Clearly AI Japan-Kyoto have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akira Obara (6 - 7 - 3) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Kazuki Tanabe(9(4) - 0) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Obara and Tanabe weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Fujimoto, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Nagai, Takeo Imada and Naoki Tamashiro.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
