Francois Lucas vs Euan Crossen

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Bob Guertin Arena, Gaineau,  taking place on 31/07/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Francois Lucas (21(2) - 4) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Euan Crossen(14 - 5(1) - 2) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Lucas and Crossen weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Dunlap, and the three ringside judges are Louis Marvingt, Stephen Morton and Granger Hinault.  

Round 1:

Lucas switches the action to the outside.  Lucas feints a left hook, but Crossen ignores the feint and lands with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Crossen's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Crossen's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Lucas steps to the outside and lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a cross to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Crossen almost instantly recovers.
