Naoki Kawashima vs Kyo Iwamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 22/06/2031:

Clearly AI Japan-Fukuoka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Kawashima (11 - 4) who hails from Kitakyushu, Japan and Kyo Iwamoto(7 - 23 - 4) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Kawashima and Iwamoto weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Sawa, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Kamei, Kaede Kuba and Yasushi Baba.  

Round 1: 

Kawashima tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a cross, but Iwamoto sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Iwamoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Kawashima time to recover.
