Vidal Carmona vs Rico Hermida

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Distrito Federal promoted show at Mexico City Barranco, Mexico City,  taking place on 26/05/2031:

Clearly AI Mexico-Distrito Federal have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Distrito Federal Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vidal Carmona (21 - 7) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Rico Hermida(6 - 12 - 3) from Mexico City, Mexico.  Carmona weighed in at 140 pounds and 15 ounces, while Hermida weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Carmona came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Calistro, and the three ringside judges are Macario Tostado, Santiago Limon and Montana Villasana.
