Hajime Itoh vs Yasushi Iwamoto
Boxing Daily Report from the Fighting spirit promoted show at Fumio Sadow Gym, Osaka, taking place on 22/06/2031: Clearly Fighting spirit have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily. Next up is the main event of the show. This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Super Middleweight title. Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hajime Itoh (7 - 11 - 6) who hails from Suita, Japan and Yasushi Iwamoto(4 - 16 - 2) from Takatsuki, Japan. Both Itoh and Iwamoto weighed in at 168 pounds. The referee tonight is Hiroki Watanabe, and the three ringside judges are Michi Yokoyama, Fumio Shiba and Hiroki Tamashiro.
