Alec Castellanos vs John Malcomson

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Robina Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 05/07/2031:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Oceania Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alec Castellanos (19 - 13(2) - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and John Malcomson(13(5) - 1 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Castellanos and Malcomson weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Gollon, and the three ringside judges are James Westwood, Giorgio Lombardo and Neil Pembroke.  

Round 1:
