Kai Maddex vs Karl Finnegan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kurusu Promotions promoted show at Odyssey Arena, Belfast,  taking place on 17/07/2031:

Clearly Kurusu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The Throne-Breaker Kai Maddex (31(3) - 0) who hails from Leicester, UK and Karl Finnegan(12 - 10 - 3) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Maddex and Finnegan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Anthony McCabe, and the three ringside judges are David Hastie, Paul Sheridan and Clint Guild.  

Round 1: 

Maddex is looking to close the distance and digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.
