Rodrigo Ceron vs Desiderio Naranjo

Boxing Daily Report from the Horus Mark promoted show at Valencia Fonseca, Valencia,  taking place on 30/06/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad Valenciana Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Ceron (4 - 4(2) - 1) who hails from Alicante, Spain and Desiderio Naranjo(5(1) - 0) from Elche, Spain.  Both Ceron and Naranjo weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montel Tercero, and the three ringside judges are Oleos Cayo, Ora Games and Guido Alviar.  

Round 1: 

Naranjo steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Naranjo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Ceron's body.  
Naranjo gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Naranjo clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Naranjo pushes his forearm into Ceron's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Naranjo lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Naranjo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Ceron connects with a cross.  
Naranjo gets on the inside.  Naranjo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Naranjo lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Naranjo ties up his opponent. Naranjo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Naranjo voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Ceron tries to tag Naranjo on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ceron's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Ceron's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ceron's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
