Rashid Alavi vs Waqar Sabbag

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Abu Dhabi promoted show at Al Ain Azim, Al Ain,  taking place on 06/07/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rashid Alavi (21 - 10(1)) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Waqar Sabbag(11 - 13 - 2) from Al Ain, UAE.  Both Alavi and Sabbag weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Beshara, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Salaam, Abdul Hansuns and Rehan Kanso.  

Round 1: 

Alavi gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Alavi holds on to his opponent.  Alavi throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Alavi and breaks the clinch.

Sabbag steps away from his opponent.  Alavi feints a jab, tricking Sabbag into throwing a right hook counter.  Alavi springs the trap and counters with  a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sabbag attempts to land a right hook, but Alavi slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Alavi closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
