Shayan Sharif vs Chris Porterfield

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Golden 1 Center, Sacremento,  taking place on 28/08/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shayan Omar Sharif (37(35) - 0) who hails from Bakersfield, USA and Chris Porterfield(25(8) - 0 - 1) from Bridgeport, USA.  Sharif weighed in at 135 pounds, while Porterfield weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces.
