Rich Bower vs Tobias Maddox

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Utah promoted show at Richie Akins Gym, Salt Lake City,  taking place on 12/07/2031:

Clearly AI USA-Utah have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Utah Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rich Bower (6 - 4 - 4) who hails from West Valley City, USA and Tobias Maddox(13 - 15 - 5) from Salt Lake City, USA.  Both Bower and Maddox weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rhod Gubay, and the three ringside judges are Michael Faul, Edward Cary and Neil Probert.  

Round 1: 

Bower lands a cross to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Bower tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bower pivots to the left of his opponent.  Maddox attempts to land a cross, but Bower sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Maddox gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Maddox throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
